But commentating on a SC game really isn't that hard. I could probably commentate on a SC1 game, and I'm not even that good. haha

If you can run WoW (basically bought a computer recently within the past 1-2 years) you should be able to run SC2. It's not really graphic intensive.

Chess (1). You find a dusty plastic set.
You remake the game except you use ivory pieces. You call it Chess 2.
