wtf, why not? the commodore is one of the best venues in the city. the layout is great and the acoustics are awesome! it also has a great history, the place dates back to the 1930's.

judging by your response, i'm going to assume you misread. and i do agree, though if i were to nitpick, i'd say the stage could be a little higher and vocals are hard to hear at the front of the stage, but then again most venues have problems with the latter.

im a big kanye west fan, ive seen him quite a few times and also checked out the glow in the dark tour twice. hands down that was the best large scale i have ever attended. i am seriously feeling the 808s album and vibe out to it quite a bit. that said i am not too sure about seeing him perform this album live, did you see his snl performance?

damn it, i wish Musiq came to vancouver, i would be all over that show. dude is talented. if he came to seattle i would have gone down there to see him. i like a lot of the venues down there, they get a lot of good acts and the tickets are always cheaper than here.
