Got my truck back from the shop... CD Deck not working.

Backstory: Got my system installed by visions 3 years ago when i got my car. At some point during the install they, for some reason, drilled a hole through my passenger side wheel well. When the rainy season hit, my car began to leak water under the passenger side carpets and it began to smell of mold. it was sick. So i took it back to Wolfe, the place I bought my car, because at this point i didnt know what the leak was from... They were nice enough and 'fixed' it for me, even though it was due to the shit install from visions and they didnt have to. To seal the hole they put putty on it. The putty dried and broke off the hole.

So, it started leaking again recently and i decided to take it in to my uncles body shop this time. He sealed it with silicone inside and out and it should be good to go now.

Situation: I got my truck back today, started it up and the deck wont turn on. i asked my uncle about it and he said it is likely because he disconnected the battery and i need the code from my alpine manual to reboot the deck. Of course, i cant find my boxes. Can anyone help me with the codes? Could it be any other reason? he said he never touched any of the wiring, just sealed the hole.

Specs:
Alpine CDA 9851 Deck
Alpine 350w mono amp
Alpine 12' Type S sub
05' Blazer
