So my HP laptop died a few weeks ago I sent it in to get fixed because it was under extended warranty. Right now, they are telling me that it can't be fixed and they can't offer me a replacement because the model is discontinued. My laptop was around $1600 CDN so I'm wondering what I should ask for.
Should I ask for a full refund? Or maybe a new laptop?
