I want to remove this so I can upload my Kaspersky.
I tried to uninstall it but it is not completely removed.
If I click the program or go to desktop, the norton icon is gone.
However, the norton protection center icon is still present beside my clock(on the right, down corner), if you know what i mean?

i also followed some instructions online like downloading the norton removal tool...but instead it will upload back the program.

help me please.

just go to control panel -> add/remove and get it out that way

i did that but the norton is still there.

you need to use symantec's removal tool.

go to symantec.com and search for norton removal
