The only way to gain weight is to take in more calories than you burn. If your naturally skinny and have a high metabolism you just need to eat and eat.

you need more meals maybe. you should try to eat every 3 hours. doesnt have to be HUGE meals just.. enough lol

you must be a hard gainer then, but yea like they've said you need to eat more total calories in a day and eating about 5-6 meals a day is good too. are you supplementing with protein powders or anything? that might help, but what you put in your body(what you eat) is the key. eat stuff with higher carbs and proteins.

Well if it makes you feel better, I'm 30, 6'1" and only 155-160 lbs. Gotta eat multiple, frequent meals to gain weight.

Your not eating enough then. If thats the only activity your doing your def. not eating enough food. Take in as many calories as you can. Go get some high calorie weight gain powder and have a couple shakes a day on top of your normal eating.

The mass gainers that you get from supplement store really help to gain weight quickly. However, if you drink the shakes while you aren't exercising, you will gain fat. I would recommend eating small frequent meals throughout the day.

Remember you also need to be hitting the gym hard to shock your muscles into growth. You can't just sit back. Here's a little inspiration. i'm 5'11 and weigh 164 pounds. 9 months ago I was the same height but weighed 132 pounds. With hard work, determination, and a solid fitness/eating routine, you can do whatever you set your mind to.

EAS Mass Factor is not bad. Remember to take it immediately (within 30 min) after your workout. You'll see the results. Good luck!

squat n milk is an old school routine and it's very effecting on gaining weight on a short period of time

you don't freakin just do sissy squat and drink 2 cups of milk a day....

do 20 rep squats...squat you normally do 10 but do 20...its very painful....this will show how strong your mental toughness is...

drink a gallon of milk a day....

doesn't work

increase protein intake and go to the gym and hit the weights. Check out the weight lifting magazines for helpful hints like common exercises.
