BRAND new with box, comes with usb cable, wall charger, black case. Only turned on to check if the phone is in working condition. Reason for selling is i have bold and got this with the plan upgrade.

2 things:

1. Doesn't matter how much they sell on EBAY for. You can get them locally, brand new, unlocked, for $560 taxes in (that includes Craigslist too).

2. You can't sell new phones. You need to post exact life timer. Your thread will get locked.
