1. Weird stuff. My desktop is now just like old carburetor car, it won't boot
up at cold start (ex: I come home after work and boot it up)...it couldn't get
into the bios screen, then it restarts by itself 1-2 times. I don't see the
same problem when I want to shut it down and start it up in the middle of
the night. How do I fix it?

2. How do I push an e7200 over 400mhz bus speed (like 420 or something)?
Currently it is running at 9.5 x 400mhz, and ram speed 1/1...you know
gigabyte has that 3.0, 2.5, 2.0 multiplier setting in Bios, it freeze when I push
it up to 2.5~

Try not OCing your computer to see if it boots OK. Reset the BIOS to default. From your second question I gather you are not very familiar with OCing. Some changes can screw up your computer.

To increase your bus speed you need to change your CPU Host Frequency from the default of 266 to something higher. These are the stock settings...

here's the bios screen. (forget about the bottom half)
the "CPU host frequency" is not adjustable like other bios.
first you have to enable "CPU Host clock Control", then you adjust the system memory multiplier to make it runs at 400mhz.

Possibly it wouldn't POST, then retries the OC many times until it may work.

Some motherboard's can't go higher than a certain clock speed.

something like that...but I have never seen other users have such problem with same oc setting, and it doesn't happen in the summer
