soymilk Captain Happy Bubble is my Homeboy Join Date: Aug 2005 Location: van Posts: 314 Thanked 21 Times in 9 Posts Failed 0 Times in 0 Posts	I think if you make less than 20k, you can apply for full premium assistance (100%). So in that sense you will get the full discount.
