You never know why people might be speeding like that.
-they might be fleeing from a crime
-they might be on drugs
-they might be rushing to a real emergency
-they might just be a mentally unstable freak show
This is another reason why people should NOT be in the passing lane unless they are actually PASSING someone.
That, and we need more lanes on hwy#1.

Wow, this is such a bizzarre incident...
Let me get the story clear. So you were on the left lane, he's approaching rather quick behind you, then before you can change to the right (slow lane), he goes in the right lane and starts looking at you and moving towards your car. You slow down, and he matches speed. So his intent wasn't to change in your lane, but to actually hit your vehicle. You move over so two wheels are in the ditch (wouldn't your car fall in if you were in a ditch?) and he hits your side mirror. (he must of been going rather slow at this time) because you were finally able to make eye contact with the driver, as well as noting he had a little kid with him. Then he sped off and all you got 871 from the plates and the rest, you weren't able to see because by then he was too far off into the distance.
Did I get this correct?
