Anyone working for rogers that can help me?

Dammit I waited 1 hour on the phone for roger rep.
Didn't answer my questions at all.
I swear I know more about their phone plans then the guy I was talking to.

Anyways does anyone here work for rogers call center that can help me out?

I was wondering if rogers can wave the ecf
My gf wants to transfer over from fido to rogers and sign a family plan with me.
she has 10 month left on her contract btw if that matters

Well I can answer the latter part of your question, if u r porting your gf's number to fido under your account, your gf's line is techniqly a new line which right now there aren't couples packages anymore thus when your gf's ports over you won't be able to get a couple package with her line

^ wtf you talking about there are too family plans.

If your girlfriend is with fido and ports to rogers, rogers will not pay her ECF with fido.

I've had a NUMBER of friends port their Fido numbers (under contract) to Rogers and they didn't have to pay any ECF. Their remaining time under contract just transfered over to Rogers.

lol i misread i thot his gf is going to fido instead of going from fido, as long as shes signing up for a new contract at rogers, and hasnt ported out before then fido wont charge ecf
