: Attn owner of Lexus ES350 Central City: you might have been a victim of hit and run

I just saw this small lady driving a big ass Infiniti QX4 and she was totally scared and confused as I was waiting for her to get out of her parking stall.

startled and not knowing what to do, she just panicked and didn't move for a while. While curious why she didn't move I noticed that she had he front wheels facing away from the bumper of this ruby red lexus ES. When I saw it it was maybe 1/2" away from the ES. She was in the stall head first and backing out, if she backed another 1/2" the ES would have had it.

I ignored her and drove around her big SUV and parked 3 stalls down. When I'm done parking, I saw a huge dent and scrape on the front bumper on the ES. The Infiniti QX4 hurried away in a panic and parked at another stall (fishy!) She didn't return to the scene and went straight into the mall.

I have the picture of the damage on the ES and plate number of both parties. If you are the owner of the ruby red ES350 and would like more information, I can give you as much info as possible.

however I cannot be of witness if you decide to sue her because I honestly did not see the impact I wouldn't testify against her. But if you see your car in the next couple of hours and notice a nasty dent....and you are parked in Central City P3....Please PM me.

I had no paper on me at the time.

Technology came to rescue.

Will post on Craigslist if that matters at all.

u should call icbc

doh he's right... wouldn't icbc keep this sort of thing on file until the owner claims?

hk2000's word should hold up in court wouldn't it? i mean he has pictures and everything... any paint transfer or other telltale damage on the perp's vehicle? icbc/police would match the 2 cars up at the claim centre to see if everything lines up.

Wow, I wish there were more people that took the time to help out others
Hopefully the owner sees this, sounds like that lady was definitely guilty

Well that's the thing it'll be hard to press on to the QX4 owner coz most likely her tire took on the ES bumper and there's no signs left on the QX4....

he can't really say much since he didn't since the actual impact. just some fishy reactions by the qx4 driver.

but yes i'd call icbc anyways.

You need to report to ICBC as a possible hit and run. The owner of the ES will make a claim through ICBC and they will then know how to contact you.

call ICBC with the information so when the owner of the car that got hit calls, his ass will be saved. I hate hit and runs. PPL should own up for their stupid driving mistakes.
