Would a XION 450watt psu be enough to run my comp?

400 watt like Asian XL says but make sure you stick with a name brand.

if you only surf the internet or word processing, even a 250watt will do the work.

most computers use only 80-120watt when idle, it spikes up to 150-200watt when doing
multi tasking jobs. I've tested every computer/laptop at home with an electric plug-in
meter, 350watt is the highest reading (running CC3 w/brand new 500watt).

so that's why I say 400watt is good enough
