I was just wondering what everyones opinion on writing an effective letter to the super intendant of motor vehicles is when receiving an intent to prohibit. I have reviewed;

I received a letter for intent to prohibit, and seeing as i need my license to pretty much live, i was wondering what the best way to write an effective letter stating the reasons for either reducing the sentence, or eliminating it would be.
