I think you're a bit too skeptical of freebies. No doubt, there definitely are fake sites that advertise freebies to harvest informtion, but there are also many legitimate offers as well. I've been a longtime member of RedFlagDeals, so I have a pretty good sense of which offers look legit. By all indications, this seems to be a legit site, and while I can't guarantee this or whether people will get the coupons as promised, my money is on that they will.

You'll never get spam snail mail, because it costs too much to send. But as DragonChi mentioned, if you have any doubts about giving your real email, you can always use a fake email or make another email account at GMail or Hotmail or www.mailinator.com to use.
