100+ octane availability?

Hey guys, eventually looking to get some more tuning done on the beast, and would really like to make the most out of what she's got. Is there any place on the island that has Q16, C16, or anything else like that?

Cheers!

Not yet. I know racing fuel was banned in Canada as well. You'll just have to wait to see if the possibility of getting E85 on the Island is coming.

Lejune Engineering should be able to get you 100-octane unleaded race fuel...

It was only leaded race fuel that was banned.

Werd. We are distributors for VP Race Fuels. I'm not sure what's in stock, as I work in the back. If you call the shop at (250) 381-4513, Stephanie can help you with your fuel order.

I was paying around $20/gallon for leaded stuff but call and find out, it's certainly not cheap... and a big reason why I dont race anymore... a day at Western was $200-300 and a trip to Mission closer to $1000.

Hrm, was guessing around $15/G, but $20 is okay.

Cheers!

I won't need it for a while, but how much are you looking to get for it?

I didn't ask about cost today, just stock. There is none in right now, but there is a list of names being put together to fill an order. Should be happening soon, as race season is coming. They don't like to do small orders, as shipping hazardous goods is quite expensive, and as always, buying in bulk yields a favourable price. We do have quite a bit of methanol in stock if that helps at all.
