From that link, there was another link to an article about Allan Mulally cancelling an order for a new Lexus, from 2007. Under the headline it reads, "Mulally: No Toyota deal; U.S. automaker will turn profit by 2009". Ooops...

even at that..he should still try to support his own company in any way possible in an economic downturn..albeit ford's doing the best out of the big 3 right now.
he's the CEO..and he has to hold that image.

He got rid of his Lexus within a month or two of taking the CEO position at Ford.
He has been seen driving other "rental" vehicles, specifically because there isn't always a Lincoln or Taurus available at every airport you fly into.
