: Esso on Kingsway and Vic..why so many cops all the time?

everytime i drive by the esso kingsway and victoria at night, I see at least 3 or 4 cop cars there..today i saw 7..is the new central headquarters for the VPD?

I've heard that it is the most central location for times in their shifts when they do not have any calls to respond to. I'm not positive so don't quote me on that

There are always cops on 41st and granville too.

I assume it's because of the central location...?

I always see undercovers camping in the old A&B sound parking lot on Marine Drive late at night.

The people at esso sometimes give away free donuts. You can see why they go there. LOL

its preety obvious thats its because theres a tim hortons in that esso.

its cause its a dark and cozy corner with a lot of space, next to a convenience store AND mcdonalds, and central location. perfect place for a cop to hang out. if you're planning on robbing a bank, wait till you see a large gathering of cops in that 1 location first.

funny that the cops hang around there and the bank across the street got robbed before

this gas station screw me over 3 times

1st time gas over filled my tank and the nozzle didnt stop
2nd time my gas bill came up to 100 dollars and my tank was not even full lol
3rd time my car wouldn't start up after a fill up

imagine some idiot tries to rob that gas station, with all the cops parked outside, and maybe even a few standing inside the shop...

the clerk should give that idiot robber a prize, for being the dumbest criminal ever!. id so send that to jay leno for headlines!

there was a post here 1-2 months back about 2 stupid teens who tried to rob a police station in the US...
