I think there should be less chatting going on in the buy/sell forums. Questions should be pm'd unless it's something everyone should know.

People get free bumps for comments that go back and forth.

That is why we are trying to crack down on it an have been sending warning PMs before we hand out points.

I don't think people really know not to make any comments to posts in the classifieds. It seems pretty ingrained in the culture of RS (which includes me).

I just picked 2 pretty much random for sale ads and both have needless comments. The cars are indeed very nice btw.

The way its handled at another forum, the mods alters all irrelevant posts and replaces it with a public warning about useless chatting and also gives out points.
