no sound on my pc

any suggestions how to fix it?

Go to the volume control under entertainment in accessories in the start menu. If you get an error, reinstall your sound drivers.

This might sound stupid, but did check to make sure all the windows volume levels are up....Make sure the sound isn't muted.
