I understand that some sushi comes with a "spicy mayo" according to the menus. Its rolled up inside with the ingredients or put ontop of the sushi roll.

Has anyone perfected a recipe they would like to share??

i saw this a couple times at restaurants. siracha and mayo

but it has to be the japanese mayo in the squeeze bottle.
