found this quite interesting.. i saw a japanese icecream bar that has 20grams of fat.. :eek: and my daily intake is about 70g >.<

Mine is 87. How can it calculate it with like 3 pieces of info?

it does say "recommended fat intake".

mine is 71grams per day and according to that, if I take less than 71 grams per day or so it will be fine.

71 grams.. impossible!

50-70g's depending if i work out that day
95% of my fat intake is polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats

u shouldnt be scared of fat intake, u should be scared of saturated fat and trans fat

i usually get 55-73g of fat.. i'm counting now though so for the past like month average intake of fat was 64.3g

it says i should eat 99gs. i get that if i blaze. if not no where close.

it says my recommended intake of fat is 82 grams... yikess... my daily intake is like 1000000000 times that lol

my intake is probably like so much more higher... MCD + Fast food + misc stuff

Mine is 88 grams but I doubt I take in 88 g's per day.
