How long does an employer have to produce your final pay cheque if you quit the job??

well i think it depends on your part...if the release of the final cheque is conditional then i guess until you do it.

eg. turn in all ID, company property etc.

probably the next normal pay period... IE 15th / 30th. etc...

I think if they fire you it's 2 days.

Yeah, usually if you quit it's regular pay period.

Otherwise 2-3 business days if you're fired.
