That's the same as an Avital 2100.
The following one may program with it, best thing though is either go to the original place of purchase or a DEi dealer.

Dont waste your time on Futureshop. They don't carry small parts like this.

Try an independant store. When I was working at Ralph's they carried tons of oddball remotes. You might have more luck there.
