Modernize tailors slimmed a pair of my jeans once, they did an excellent job

but i get Oakridge Tailors to do all my work these days. I am confident they would be able to do it, but if they told you otherwise im sure Bill will do it at Modernize.

I took a big risk - they were a very very rare pair. I was very satisfied with the result.

What jeans are they btw? How much are you looking to taper them?

They're attachment curved jeans...need them tapered approximately 4-5 cm

any tailor really can do it as long as you clearly explain what you want done.

Could you taper just the leg opening? (aka. making normal boot cut jeans into skinny jeans?)

that's what im trying to do...but i dont think thats possible, because usually bootcuts start to flare out from below the knee...so if you just taper the leg opening the calf part would billow out?

^ you could but you'd be ruining the cut of the jeans.
They're called bootcut for a reason.
