First off i dont know if this is conisidered against revscene law or not but thought i would post it to find out :D Pls let me know if i need to post it else where or not at all.
Anyways, I am looking for a roommate to share rent in a 5 bedroom house in Saanich
Close to pat bay highway/sayward rd intersection (5min walk) and those bus routes, elk lake is just a couple minutes further. Very private area
Its a large open designed house on about 5 acres of land. The room itself is small but i think that is reflected in the price. The rest of the house is shared (kitchen, 3.5 bath, etc) You would need to be confortable living with a large dog and two cats, and i will consider other pets if you have one. And best of all it has a large open shop on the property which can be used to work on your car
the rent is $400 per month plus $200 damage deposit
