If I had enough money to buy a new Rolls Royce, I don't think I would buy it used from a sketchy 3 line ad with a pic of the car as it looked before the "mods". That's just me.

I would spend the extra less than 100k and get it spankin new from a dealership.

MCL brings them in from back east. All you have to do is contact them and they will take care of everything for you. We had RR Phantom and a Drop Top Phantom come through last year. They're are a big friggin car, amazed at how high and how much room they have inside.
