: Fabulous busted with 500lbs of marijuana

RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. -- Arkansas State Police said they seized nearly 500 pounds of marijuana from a tour bus this week.

Investigators said they stopped the bus for driving on the shoulder of Interstate 40 near Russellville.

According to the police report, the bus was returning from the NBA All-Star Weekend in Phoenix and was escorting a rapper named Fabulous. The police report said the bus was going to Boston to pick up another rapper.

Police said they seized 496 pounds of marijuana with a street value of $595,000.

Investigators said the two people who said they were drivers of the bus were taken into custody because they gave conflicting stories to the officers.

Title is a little misleading. It was the bus drivers who got arrested... no mention of Fabolous being involved asides from being on the bus...

they were just coming back from the all star game. i doubt it would be filled to capacity. he might even have let the girls in the actual bus instead of in storage to make some extra room.
