i picked it up this week when it was on sale. fun, but i dont think i like it more than l4d or cs. but nonetheless its still fun.

and there are hackers in every game. there's always going to be the douche who thinks he/she's so cool for hacking. most moderated servers have enough regulars to catch it, grab the id's, and that's that. it's just a matter of playing in a moderated server like someone above said.
back on topic, i actually was wondering which exact achievements you need to unlock the sandman for scout? or any unlockable for scout? is it just a pure number or do you have to do specific ones?

where i play it doesnt notify me that it's an achievement server, but i get the achievements anyways. im new to tf2 but im thinking any non-priv server is fair game?

Achievement Servers are self explanatory.. play in it to get achievements.

the new unlock system is so unreliable, within the first hour of playing again i got 1 item, ive played 5 hours since (split by 2hours and 3 hours play) and got nothing while i see some other guy in the server unlock 2 hats...

I like the new unlock system... makes you actually play the game to get the new weapons. B4 you could just join achievment servers and grind.
