Thats a long ass read.. and pretty awesome. Sounds like he is digging himself a huge hole though. Even if he wins with the boot company, he will be paying a ton to a tow company if they start towing his car every chance they get.

He’s really gone about it a bit wrong, and will probably pay a price for posting the way he has, but with that said good for him fighting this.

Too many times people just bow down and pay the fee because we cant be bothered. I know I have on many occasion. Good for him. Hope it helps in the long run.
