I did a quick search for Market street, many came up, and PA was one of them. My guess due to the buildings in the background is there.

The street sign itself may hold the key to the answer. Has anyone been to Queens, NY? Do they have street signs like that? Do they have cabs like that in NY? There is what looks like the letter Y before the word cab on the side of the taxi.
