There were some neat presale condos in the past that I totally missed and knew nothing about until it was too late. Is there an up to date site with upcoming presale information?

moving this to real estate section as you may have more luck there. :)

Here is my guess answer. there is no new presale condos, as everything is cancelled. and all those ones you missed in the past are probably up for resale at lesser prices because everyone who put down deposits has run away from the sinking hole.

I think you should be looking for foreclosure sales instead.. :P Presales are so 2006!

9 units left. Starting at $299,999 for a 1148 square foot condo brand new in Poco. Great deals on nice units!

I don't believe there is a databank for what you're looking for. Best I can think of is to cruise major developer's websites and "pre-register" for upcoming presales or to take note of any advertising you see. Much of the new construction stuff that ends up on MLS are leftover units that nobody else wants or castoffs from presale buyers looking to flip or unload.

There are very few 3rd party websites that list all brand new developments happening in the Lower Mainland. The only publications that would give you an idea of what is up and coming is the "West Coast Home and Design Magazine" and the "New Home Buyers guide". Both are available at any Realty Office or Chevron Gas Station. You can also check out Homebase.ca which is the website for the New Home Buyers Guide.
