Wow it's been a while since I've posted on RS. The brother and I just bought a place, and will be renting out the bottom suite of the place for April 1st.
Its a hair over 1100 square feet. Located at the end of a quiet cul-dec sac in the Mill Hill area. (sort of hear the new "Reflections" building). The suite is super clean, and nice and bright. Has 2 large bedrooms with large closets, and shared laundry. Nice big living room with the dining area and kitchen attached as well. It's nice and open.
$1100 a month
Cable / Internet not Included (would have to make own arrangements)
Utilities not included
No pets or smokers please.
