pretty sure its synthenol so something like that, a type of oil he injects into his body so he looks "swell", not much to do with steroids.

Fucking FAIL! This had NOTHING to do with steroids at all!!! Not to mention this is old as fuck. This was put out as gay scare tactics to show highschool kids.

He was injecting an actual substance into his arms to create size. It was NOT the work of steroids.

what is this "actual" substance? unless your talking about some kind of plastic surgery silicone for the arms?, as far as I know there is no substance that increases hypertrophy/girth other than anabolic hormones.

and before someone starts flaming by saying nitric oxide increases your girth, it doesn't. it simply makes your veins pop out.

Its called Synthol, look it up. Body builders have been using this stuff for ages.
