Girl Brutally Attacked In US Police Cell

Footage has been released of a 15-year-old girl being subjected to a vicious assault in a US police cell.

The surveillance camera footage shows a sheriff's deputy kicking the girl and pushing her back towards the wall.

It then shows him slamming her to the floor by grabbing her hair.

The man then appears to punch the prisoner in the head.

After being handcuffed, the deputy can be seen picking up the girl by her hair and taking her out of the cell.

Officers claim the girl called them "fat pigs" and other obscenities.

Court documents say moments after the incident, the teen complained about having trouble breathing and paramedics were called in.

The teen was checked out, but was not taken to a hospital.

The video of the incident was released by prosecutors in the US city of Seattle.

A 31-year-old officer, Deputy Paul Schene, has pleaded not guilty to assault.

The incident, last November, happened after the girl was brought in during an investigation into vehicle theft, according to court documents.

US prosecutors have released video footage of a sheriff's deputy striking a 15-year-old girl and throwing her onto a cell floor.

The video is evidence in the case against Washington state Deputy Paul Schene, accused of using excessive force against the girl in November.

The incident began after the girl was arrested in a car theft inquiry.

Footage shows the deputy lunge at the girl after she kicks one of her shoes towards him at SeaTac City Hall.

"We believe this case is beyond just police misconduct, it's criminal misconduct," King County Prosecutor Daniel Satterberg said.

"This is clearly excessive force."

Mr Schene, 31, pleaded not guilty to fourth-degree assault on Thursday.

The second officer shown in the video was a trainee at the time and is not under investigation.

The Associated Press news agency said that according to court documents, the girl complained of breathing problems after the incident and medics were called to check her.

Mr Schene's lawyers had asked the judge not to release the video, arguing that it would inflame public opinion and prejudice the deputy's right to a fair trial.

Its still weak compared to China. Many arrested people are never seen again!
There are always two sides to the story though. Maybe she was being a total cunt? Getting this beat down is much better than tazing her and possibly killing her.

I bet you she was being a total cunt. We don't really know what happened before she was put into the cell. The kicking of her shoe at the officer may have been the last straw and he just snapped. The officer(s) have probably had their share of mouthy little shitheads and it takes a toll on them. This girl was part of an investigation, right? She's no angel. There's a reason why she's there. I'm not saying what the officer did was correct. He had no right treating a 15 year old girl like that. The parents should have done that long time ago.

I have zero problem with police using force against idiots who provoke police like this girl.
The reality is that police in western society are no longer feared - everything they do is scrutinized, and this makes the average criminal empowered because they know videos like this will be released.
In many Asian countries the police and border guards routinely beat the fuck out of people, far worse than this little struggle.

The other half of the western justice inadequacy is the retarded punishments.
If I had my way, repeat convicted thieves would have a hand amputated like in Saudi Arabia, and gangsters/pedophiles etc sent to forced labor camps where they chop trees for life and are fed only bread and water to keep them weak and malnourished.
I dunno what we could do to severely punish criminal females.

Also, why you so angry with the popo? One day, they will be there to help a loved one. Not all cops are bad. It's a stressful job, man. As in all professions, there are good ones and there are terrible ones. Some who were probably, at one point, one of the good ones. Our society sucks, man. We complain about shit, but we are all part of the problem. The cop obviously needs intervention of some kind. Maybe he should be taken off the job. The shitheads will continue to be out there.

Back to the cops one day being there for a loved one. I take that back. They're all assholes and if your house gets broken into and your wife, mom or g/f gets raped, they'll behave exactly the way you'd expect them to - non caring, bunch of assholes who are above the law.
