Of course they will fit. They are wheels that came stock with an Integra. GS/RS/LS ABS doesn't matter. They go on the hubs, not under the hood ;)

Trades are fine as long as they are not OTHER WHEELS. For instance, jdm 1 piece headlights in any condition, stuff like that.
