: Is it better to start working out after turning 50 than working out for whole life?

and most people don't exercise now for the extra 5 - 10 years of life expectancy... do it for the fun

i think if you sat on the couch until you were 50, you either would be dead, or you would be in such bad health, you wouldnt be able to work anyway.
