Tinypic FTW. Easy, fast, and it works.

It changes the extension to JPG, but the result is still an animated GIF...

They banned HK? That's weird... I wonder why.

Well, it may have a JPG extension, but it's still a GIF... and when the program or browser loading it reads it, it knows it's a GIF based on the file contents...
