I can't believe what I was read!

This article was published in Jan of 2003 and it doesn't look like it got any better. I did just a couple searches and found this much to easy to find!

If you have the time, please read the whole thing! It's a very interesting article

What about the fact they're spreading the virus without any concern. People all around the world, gay or not are dieing because of HIV and idiots like you all comment about how homo the article is.

Fucking shit. Fuck all you homophobes. I'm with Mana on this one. The article isn't focusing on homosexuality. It's the scary sub-culture of people willingly seeking to be infected by HIV, and those that take pride in giving it to others.

It's a good, decently objective article. I had no idea of this 'movement'. I can sort of understand why it exists. I mean, there's a club or interest group out there for anything.


EDIT: The first thing I thought about when I read this article on RS was, "Great... here come the ignorant, homophobic, fuckhead comments."

If only they could take the anonymity out of the web and put faces to the online names of these clowns. Pulling their rights to treatment would slow this phenomenon down a whole lot. Kind of like how sick days shouldn't count for hangovers. Self induced health problems should be nobody's burden but your own. I know in the states that they pay for their own health care to an extent, but I'd be surprised if this kind of thing wasn't costing Canadian taxpayers a whack of cash too. You have to wonder if these fruits have read one too many Anne Rice novels or something.

umm, isnt it illegal to have sex with someone without telling them you are infected?

Why do I have a feeling this guy will live even if he got HIV or full blown AIDS? His guy should be jailed for fucking gays guys for HIV then fucking more to spread it. Isn't that like...what do you call it? Some shit to do with a breakout of virus or some shit. I am totally brain dead.

Well, the best way to eradicate AIDS is to ship all those infected to a secluded island. There they can do wutever they want. We'll give them Ferraris and Lambos, billion dollar mansions, all the food in the world. Then watch them die. Aids will be gone in one generation. And the money we save from future health care obligations can more than offset giving these ppl a Paris Hilton lifestyle. It's a win-win situation.
