I recently got braces and my old mouth guard wont fit anymore, any suggestions on which mouth guard I should buy for comfort? I read some reviews on Shock Doctor's and what I found were people either rate it 1/5 or 5/5 there's not happy medium.

Does anybody here have, or know of anybody who, had good experience with a mouth guard for somebody who has braces?

Cheers

Hmmm.....last time i remember a friend that had braces and needed a mouthguard, his dentist molded it for him.

the shock doctor one wouldnt fit my mouth at all and the one my orthodontist molded for me stopped fitting after a while because my teeth had shifted too much at that point. just some things to consider before you decide to go with either. i ended up not wearing anything.

B-DiZzLe,
A custom fitted mouthguard can be made to fit around your braces.

Protect Custom Mouthguards is a local dental lab that makes custom fabricated mouthguards based off your dental impression. We are the only ones local that provide this service and since you are buying directly from a dental lab, we cut out the middle man (dentist) and offer them at a fraction of the price the dentists sells them for.

Have a look at our company website when you get the chance. If this is what you are looking for, send us a message and let us know how we can help.
