Yea, I'd look on the Victoria secret site and also La Senza site. I get emails from both and they're both very nice and not that pricey.

On that note, are those one piece but with your entire back exposed type of bathing suits "in" this year? cause that's all i've seen them being advertised all over the place lol

As for shipping prices, both victoria secret and la senza do these promotions all the time where you get free shipping for purchasing over 60$ or something, which really isnt bad at all considering a nice bathing suit would cost you 50$ alone, then maybe throw in some bras and panties then voila!

Yes, you can get free shipping if you hit a certain order value, or even during a promo, but for Victoria Secret packages, you will almost always get dinged for duty (or taxes, I should say) when it come across the border.
