is the lx3 a big diff with lx2 in terms of picture quality?

Very noticeable difference. I have the LX2, and I have a Leica D-LUX 4 on loan from Leica Canada. There is less noise and less posterization in the jpegs. My version of CS3 can't read the Leica RAW files, so I haven't tested them yet.
