I used to go to Kam Dou on Alexandra Street a lot too, but i always get the feeling that place aint too clean..lol

Usually just get the Beef Redondo Special ($6) and you'll be satisfied.

It's basically a big ass beef ..burrito? Wrapped in a tortilla. Comes with tater tots (mexifries) and a drink. Get the slushy limonade.

If you're super hungry you could get two....but that's just pushing it.

Dona Cata for awesome tacos...I usually get 3-4 different fillings. Each is $2. :)

This is 3 orders of tacos. Each comes with two soft tortillas, I just separate the meat so I feel like I get more. :D

I dunno...went there once, wasn't really satisfied with the service or food.

Can't forget Uncle Fatih's...2 slices + pop = $4. Double that and you just ate half a pizza.

bons = greasy as hell but great for hangovers if you can still hold down your food in the morning.

hawkers delight = cheap, good, but sometimes doesnt get me full. cant complain for $5.

xsite is good for $6, but u need to order a drink so after tax its around $10. cheap for what you get, but not $5 cheap like the above 2.

If you like Malaysian food, Hawkers on Main and King Edward. Average price is around $5 and you get a nice portion.

Richmond --> King's Park on Westminster Hwy, entree plus drink $7.95 or so, give or take depending on what dish you choose.
I use to go to E-CANTEEN, which is almost right beside King's Park, that was until we saw a cockroach wandering on the ledge RIGHT beside our table... :rolleyes: can't say we were shocked though

actually very decent, about 2.50 or so for a one of those taco thingys. each comes with 2 tortila softshell things and theres like 7 types of meats you can choose from for each taco.. gotta love the hotsauce they have to
