Dom Rebel only makes many of these because all of it is hand made.
They limit how many they distribute.

Yeah so it's not rare. You can buy it at Boys Co. Not shitin on your post or anything but eventhough its not available anymore you can still easily get it. The only rare Dom Rebel shirt is the one with the half star half heart and wings on it. Only available in Montreal. Now thats rare...
