are the door jams and engine bay painted?

The jams and inners are painted blue. The engine bay is still black. You can see the jams and inners in these pics of the interior.

One icbc claim, it was hit on passenger front corner, replaced fender, carbon hood and repaired bumper. Wasnt hit hard.
