i've had these for as long as i can remember..
just take like 5 min break every hour at work if it's possible

If there a lots of floaters, go see a ophthalmologist. Pray it's not a retinal tear.

too much REVSCENE reading. limit yourself to 10 mins at a time. Buy a bigger LCD.

In seriousness, if the eye is checked out normal structurally, its probably nothing big, increase your regular sleep, sleep at normal sleeping schedule such as go to bed before 11pm.
Take a break at work every 30mins and try to look at a distant object to relax the eye mucsles.
Do not drink caffine and alcohol for a month. IF you are really concerned and want to be hardcord. Do a liver detox.

Liver in traditional medicine is linked to the eye. Maybe you have too much liver burden.

I quitted coffin/tea for a long time, but I didn't know alcohol will make my eye worse...
no wonder every Sunday morning, I get dry eyes...=/

oh shit i never new what those were
i remember id open my eyes and see these things that looked like cells or something in my vision. i get these floater things every now any then, but when i get them i can only see them if i concentrate on looking for them or go crossed eyed lol and generally only last for a matter of seconds
