They added some new features.

One thing i noticed was that employees can clean now. They also added new items, washrooms and zoom capabilities.

Customers will demand to use the loo after level 8.

UPDATE:
Blah- Toilet is such a friggin hassle. Someone has to clean it from time to time. It takes roughly 10secs for someone to use it. At 33 rating i have people storming out because i only have one toilet. =/

I believe for those who use the washroom, you don't get the thumbs up unless they use the washroom, aka, no GP/pop if they eat the food but aren't able to use the washroom when needed.
