does it have all the bolts/screws/fastening hardware to mount everything that isn't shared with the non-JDM integra?

I believe the factory bolts for the headlights, bumper, and reinforcement bar should be the same ones as usdm

The rad support has the bolts on it for the install

how is the overall paint condition? asking for a friend... the front of his type-r was damaged by a hit and run driver in a parking lot and he's tight on cash and is hoping it's good enough not to have to respray :o

thanks again. my friend is waiting for icbc to get back to him. the bodyshop says they may not approve repairs using JDM parts, regardless if it's OEM or not because of the non-DOT lights and the bumper :o
