| Tire installation service
I need to install my new tire and I'm looking for a shop that has great reputation and really do a good job. I heard some kind of touchless tire installation that will minimize a chance that your rims is damaged. What shop has this tech and method?

Advance in Coquitlam. I've mounted 3 sets of wheels there and none of them were ever damaged.

I keep hearing about these touchless machines as well, been doing research to see who has it, but I got lazy the other day and decided to go to Big O Tire which is a few blocks away from my house.
These guys took off 2 tires of 2 of my wheels without any damage whatsoever. I was watching them do it too, the wheels are 20 inch with a chrome lip by the way so I was pretty worried.
but guess what I paid............... only $20

i go to TEJ AUTO they have a mechine coast 20 grand ,fully automatic,up to 22inch,try this guy

i agree. advance motorsports can do it without scratching the rim. pricing was reasonable too.
only beef i had was that they overtorqued my lug nuts (most shops do).

really? they go by oem spec. there is a poster chart in the back they follow. Quote:

The Richmond VOLCO tire shop on bridgeport has a fully automatic Corghi Artiglow machine capable of mounting upto 26" tires, reverse or not and you can watch them do it.

the corghi is the only machine i trust!
its pretty much the machine everyone looks to get if they do any type of aftermarket low pro (45 series or lower) tires.
however, with that said, it still takes skill to use the machine. i honestly dont trust myself mounting anything less than 40 series tires. even after practicing on the machine for almost 2 years, i still ask the skilled mechanic to help mount anything extreme low pro.
