I thought my 360 was going to fuck up too.. It crashed while installing to the hard drive. Playing from the disc works fine though.

This game is pretty awesome! Still getting a hang of the grappling system, but once I perfect it I think this is going to be a fun game to play at high difficulty settings.

My custom fighter (boxer/grappler) is already 9-2 (all wins by KO, losses by submission) and I just beat Bisping. My next fight is Rich Franklin

I'm really loving this game, so much fun. Playing online is pretty sick, some people are so good. The best part for me is I have a buddy who has been shit talking since the demo came out, you're so dead I'm going to kill you over and over again.

5-0 against him last night and in ranked play he's 0-20. I don't even know how that fucking possible you would think he would have at least knocked someone out with some flukey punch or kick by now. :)

I'm not a guy who reads instructions or does tutorials but this is one game where the Tutorial is worth doing.

They sparring sessions? Yea you should do those. Those are your actually attributes that you master at. Strength , speed, and cardio dictates how efficient you can use those attributes.

You gotta submit the guy or daze him, or KO him to get high attribute points. The partner mimicks your next opponent for you.

You will see the octogan and the line will light up green. Click on action and it will take you to training

The graphics of the game are OKAY, not Super good, but it really focuses on the fighting system. Its something that has never been done before.

I'm with you on that one, I just love the sports games from NHL to tiger woods to fight night I can play those with my buddys for hours and not get sick.

You try and join one if that doesn't work it gives you the option to make one. After that it takes no longer then 20 seconds for someone to join.

it doesn't matter if your in the scene or not, it's just a really good game, if you like fight night it's like that but you can go on the ground as well.

I like winning the bonus's and you can see the highlights of that fight you equal.

i play with the stamina bar on, i find it helps. im still gettin the hang of things. i just finished career mode last night 25 wins or something like that and 11 loses, not great but im still learning new stuff. my last fight before retirement was the only title shot i hade ever gotten, retiring with a win, and winning the belt was sweet.

btw when someone puts you into the muay thai clinch, how do you get out it or reverse into a clinch yourself? I've had people do it to me online, but I've never been able to do it myself. the only way I've been able to get out of it is by timing a takedown when a knee is thrown.

You gotta get to side mount first, then go to full mount. If youre going to a leg lock it means that you are pressing the grappling button(click). Youre suppose to do a down, down right, right motion.

You can get to full mount different ways
If you are side control hit LB and do a 11 to 4 o'clock turn which is a major transition (you need to have level 2 wrestling)
Same thing if your in half guard
same for north/south position. Those are major transitions if you want to get to full mount with small transitions just do 11 to 4 until your fully mounted.

Just played some guy who was 140-0, all (t)ko victories. Fucker had some sort of infinite stamina cheat or something, it was fucking ridiculous. By the 5th round, he was still full bright green. Damn bastards and their cheats.

Hahaha that's awesome.. I hope for online play, what they should do is when you have the stamina bar on, it should only show yours and not your opponent.

I also find that playing "player match" is more fun rather than "ranked match". Nobody quits unless it's really laggy.

Yah I get everything now after playing it for 6 hours yesterday =). I suck online so bad everytime I get the mount the dude rolls over, can I hold BACK on R or do I have to press it at a certain time to stop the transition?

so how do you increase your str, spd and car?

you can load your guy up on fighter skill points but it kinda sucks when your attributes are low

it sucks how you can't bring your guy into career mode without having the skills wiped
